Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

If the product is defective or becomes faulty within the 30-day return window, it is also eligible for a return or replacement, even if it has been used as intended.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt. Wholesale Wonderland is not liable for return items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to assist you with a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
